Our standard turnaround time for screen printing and embroidery is 10–14 business days after proof approval. Turnaround may vary during peak seasons or for specialty orders.
You can contact us by email, phone, or through our website. For the most accurate quote, please include your artwork, quantity, apparel type, decoration locations, and any deadline you may have.
Vector files such as AI, EPS, or SVG are preferred. We can also work with high-resolution PNG files when needed. Clean artwork ensures the best possible print or embroidery result.
Yes. We provide a digital proof for approval before production begins. Production time starts once the proof is approved and all order details are confirmed.
Minimums depend on the decoration method. Screen printing typically works best with larger quantities, while embroidery and DTF may be better options for smaller runs. We’ll help recommend the best method for your project.
Webstore orders are collected during the open store period. Once the store closes, all orders are produced together and fulfilled based on the selected pickup, shipping, or distribution option.
Because all custom items are made specifically for each order, all sales are final. If an item is defective or decorated incorrectly, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and include your order number.
Customer-supplied garments may be accepted, but they are decorated at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for damage, dye issues, inconsistencies, or replacement costs on supplied items.
